Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with

aiListing.io is operated by Chris Lund Schober, a self-employed individual (autónomo) registered in Madrid, Spain, under NIE X4614669H. Contact: [email protected]. These terms are governed by Spanish law, per §11.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract; if you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

3. The service

aiListing provides: (a) a free AI-visibility audit tool; (b) paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Agency) adding deeper audits, monitoring of how AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) respond to queries about your store, competitor benchmarking, and reporting; and (c) an optional Done-For-You implementation service for findings that require hands-on work. Feature limits per plan are shown on /pricing and may be adjusted from time to time; changes won't reduce what's included in a plan you're actively paying for without notice.

4. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

6. Done-For-You 90-day guarantee

If you engage aiListing's Done-For-You implementation service and your AI-visibility score, as measured by aiListing's own audit engine, shows no improvement whatsoever between the start of the engagement and day 90 — however small an improvement would otherwise count — you are entitled to a full refund of the fees paid for that engagement. To claim it, email [email protected] referencing your account; we verify the before/after scores from our own audit records and the refund is issued immediately once verified. This guarantee covers the score movement itself, not downstream business outcomes (see §8) — it's a guarantee about whether the work measurably changed your AI-visibility score.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: circumvent rate limits or other technical protections; use the service for anything illegal; attempt to reverse-engineer the audit scoring methodology; or resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

aiListing's reports and recommendations are informational. You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to implement them (including changes to your site's code, robots.txt, or structured data) and for the consequences of doing so. We don't control, and can't guarantee the behavior of, third-party AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or others) — we measure and report what we observe, we don't control what those systems say. Except for the express guarantee in §6, the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, and we are not liable for how you or anyone else uses the software, reports, or recommendations it produces. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or lost sales).

9. Intellectual property

The audit engine, scoring methodology, and underlying software are our property. You retain all rights to your own site content and data. By submitting a URL or query for audit or monitoring, you grant us the right to process it as needed to provide the service to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the last change. Material changes will be notified to active account holders by email.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence require otherwise if you are contracting as a consumer rather than a business.
